Viktor Anisimov
(Doneck/Ukraine)

Viktor Anisimov, born in 1964.
In 1997 Viktor Anisimov created his first collection “Colors of Summer” in collaboration with a fashion salon.
In 1998 he received an award from the magazine “Eva” for the best collection of 1997 titled “Dress from the Hanger”. The main idea of the collection was to show that a piece of clothing could be worn as well as just hung on a hanger. Having united both functions Viktor Anisimov “dressed” his models in hangers, on which he put dresses.
In 1998 the designer debuted his collection “Conceptual” at the competition “Miss Ukraine`97”. Leather, fringe, leather belts, metal details – reflecting contemporary street fashion.
That same year at the “Fashion Seasons” in Kiev Viktor Anisimov presented the continuation of the collection titled “P.S.” (post scriptum). The aggressive leather of the previous collection converted into feminine evening dresses.

At the International Fashion Festival “In VOGUE Vilnius`99” Viktor Anisimov will present his new collection consisting of 30 fashions for women. The main principle of the collection is transformation. The same piece of clothing could be worn in a different way – depending on the mood: turn it inside out, up and down or backwards, unfasten a collar or tuck up a jacket. Shoes for the collection were also produced according to the designer`s sketches. They are especially soft, giving the impression of a very light step.
